Subscription Radar

A clear manual for importing Apple subscription screenshots, reviewing detected subscriptions, setting reminders, exporting data, and protecting privacy.

From install to first insight in minutes.

  1. Open Apple Subscriptions

On iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Take a screenshot of the active and inactive lists you want to track.

  2. Import screenshots

Open Subscription Radar, tap Import screenshots, and choose the images. OCR runs on device using Apple's Vision framework.

  3. Review every result

Approve, edit, or remove detected rows before saving. Nothing is added to the dashboard until the user confirms the import.

  4. Add missing items

For subscriptions outside Apple, tap Add and enter the name, price, billing period, renewal date, and notes manually.

  5. Set reminders

Enable local iOS notifications to receive a reminder before a renewal date. Reminders are scheduled on the device.

  6. Export or back up

Use JSON for a full backup or CSV for spreadsheets. The user chooses where exported files are saved or shared.

If something does not look right.

  • OCR missed a subscription: retake the screenshot with clearer text, then import again, or add the subscription manually.
  • Price is wrong: edit the row in the review screen before importing, or open the subscription later and correct the price.
  • Reminder did not appear: confirm notification permission in iOS Settings and make sure the subscription has a valid renewal date.
  • Need to move phones: export a JSON backup, then import that file on the new device.
  • Need support: email the developer with device model, iOS version, what happened, and a screenshot if helpful.

The app does not need bank logins or accounts.

Subscription Radar stores subscription information locally on the device. It does not create accounts, connect to banks, use third-party analytics, include advertising SDKs, or transmit subscription data to Cywinski Digital servers.
