A custom command center for day-to-day operations, built to replace spreadsheet chasing, scattered updates, and constant status checking with one shared view.
When work moves fast, the problem is rarely effort. It is visibility. This project was designed to make the whole operation easier to read, easier to manage, and faster to act on.
The challenge
